Brown-Eyed Susan
(Rudbeckia triloba)

Brown-Eyed Susan is a biennial to short-lived perennial and is native to the eastern and Midwestern U.S. It is found in prairies, meadows, open woods and along roadsides. Plants have a large, bushy shape and grow to six feet tall. The yellow flowers have a brown center and are 1-2 inches wide. Long-blooming and tolerates partial shade. Recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit for reliable performance in the garden.
