Tickseed, Leavenworth’s
(Coreopsis leavenworthii)

Leavenworth’s Tickseed is native to Florida and the coastal southeastern U.S. The cheery, yellow flowers can be found along roadsides and in fields, prairies, pinelands, savannas and swales. It is a perennial but generally lives only 3-4 years. Grow as an annual in colder climates. Suitable for beds & borders, wildflower mixtures and pollinator conservation. Attracts native bees and butterflies.
